I have a Dream!!!
B.C. was raised by a single mother in the Mississippi Delta. His dad left when he was two years old joined the U.S. Navy and pretty much did not look back. B.C.'s dad died at the age of 31 years old and B.C. was 11 years old. B.C. started working at the age of 8 years old, mowing yards. Then B.C. got big enough to go work on the farm and worked summers out in the fields. When school rolled around B.C. got a paper delivery route on Cotton Row in Cleveland, MS. While in school B.C. was in the gifted program and made good grades but the loss of his dad caused him great pain and caused B.C. to rebel. B.C. dropped out of high school and went to work as an electrician helper. When B.C.'s class graduated he was there in the bleachers, when it dawned on him that if he did not do something he was always going to be a high school drop out from the Mississippi Delta. B.C. manned up, got into college, and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1999 with a B.B.A. in Insurance and Risk Management. B.C. also received post graduate studies from Delta State University and Mississippi College School of Law. B.C. has worked his entire life and had all types of jobs from working on a farm to working in a law library. After school B.C. had a career in insurance and financial planning. B.C. having come full circle now resides on the family farm in rural Sunflower County Mississippi. B.C. attends Roundaway Baptist Church is a Volunteer Fire Fighter and the Junior Warden of Indianola Masonic Lodge #450.
B.C. understands the hardships throughout the Second Congressional District of Mississippi. Having grown up here and living and working throughout the district, B.C. is tired of watching it get left behind. After careful prayer and soul searching it occurred to B.C. that making change in this district does NOT have to just be a dream. B.C. believes firmly in the Constitution of the United State of America and all that it stands for. B.C. solemnly swears to uphold and protect it from all enemies foreign and domestic. B.C. stands for all Mississippians and will be that voice in Washington D.C. that will not be drowned out like it has been for decades.
B.C. wants to actively engage with all the citizens in the district to hear and understand their issues and understand what type of federal government they want. B.C. will be responsive to your inputs and concerns and will bring back traditional Christian values to Washington D.C.
IF YOU ARE TIRED OF THE HEADACHE IN D.C.
YOU NEED TO VOTE B.C.!
